玻璃钢酸雾净化塔安装、使用说明：
1、安装吸收塔时要先对各部件进行全面检查，确定无损坏和变形方可安装，如发现有缺损变形，应进行修补后再安装。
2、吸收塔必须安装在混凝土基础上，与混凝土基础水平线一致，组装后的吸收塔必须垂直。
3、组装吸收塔时，各部法兰确保密封以防气体溢出和漏液现象。
4、安装完后，投入运转时应仔细检查清除各循环系统等处的杂物和污垢，以免发生堵塞现象。
5、使用吸收塔时，必须有专人负责管理，定期检查通风系统、液循环系统、喷液装置是否发生异常现象，如发现不良现象应及时处理。
6、循环液应保持一定的数量，液面高度仅低于溢流口
酸气吸收塔的工作原理：
