PP喷淋塔处理原理：
洗涤塔系统之风机组将收集到的废气吸入洗涤塔内，流经填充层段（气/液接触反应之介质），让废气与填充物表面流动的药液（洗涤液）充分接触，以吸附废气中所含的酸性或碱性污物。洗涤后，废液收集至集水槽中，再排放至废水系统处理。

1：各种有害气体如H2S、SOX、NOX、HCI、NH3、CI2等恶臭气体之处理；
2：污水处理场之除臭装置；
3：半导体光电业之制程排气处理；

1：水洗式废气处理系统，价格便宜、处理方法简单；

5：适用于中低风量。立式洗涤塔最大的特点是通过组合可回收处理废气中可综合利用的原材料，其单机处理风量从20m3/min~1500 m3/min，其核心部分洗涤吸收区高度可根据处理气体的不同而调整，填料采用PP材质，形状为多齿TELLERTTE形，空隙率达到95%，比表面积达90m2/m3；除水层的填料采用PP材质，形状为圆弧TELLERTTE形，空隙率达到95%，比表面积达180 m2/m3。洒水头采用PP120度旋转无堵塞喷头。系统里无金属组件。为此，全系统具有极高的耐强酸碱性；全系统的阻力小于50mmAq，大大节约了能源的消耗量。

Treatment principle of PP spray tower:
