废气洗涤塔介绍及说明
废气洗涤塔本体包含了废气入口、出口、视窗，维修入孔及洗涤塔内部用以支撑及固定用之结构，以确保设备本身之耐蚀性增加其使用寿命。
洗涤塔说明：
1．洗涤塔规格：主体为直径1400mm，高度为6000mm的圆柱体
2．材质：洗涤塔全身采用PP材料，系统里无金属组件，有极高的抗酸碱、耐腐蚀性；风量：5000㎡/h功率：5.5KW
3．循环液体层：可用自来水填充，也可用洗涤液填充，洗涤液效果更佳，为了防止排放进来的废弃腐蚀洗涤塔的底部。
4．空气层：在生产或实验过程中排放出来的需要处理的废气，空气层和进气口连接，以便废弃进入空气层
5．填充层：洗涤塔的填充材料采用PP材料的海胆式中孔小球，形状为多齿TELLERTT形，填充层表面有视窗，便于清洗填充层内的小球。填充层主要功能是打散空气层中的废气，使其成为分散的废弃，以便使废气在喷水层内得到充分的洁净。
6．喷水层：喷水层中的洒水头采用PP120度旋转无堵塞喷头，覆盖面积达95%，喷水层有一个独立的视窗，以便于检查洒水头的工作状况
7．防雾层：能有效的过滤空气中的杂质，同时还可以防止废气中的水雾晶体腐蚀洗涤塔内壁。
8．排气管：在洗涤塔顶部连接着排气管，排气管采用优质PP材料，有极高的抗酸碱、耐腐蚀性。
9．活性炭吸附箱：活性炭吸附箱内含有大量活性炭粉末可以有效吸附废气中残留的有害物质，从而使空气达到国家排放标准，排放到大气中，这也是洗涤塔最后一道净化程序。
10．检测口：在排气管的末端有个检测口，以便于检测人员检测空气的质量。循环泵：循环泵使循环液体层中的液体经过洒水头循环使用，节约用水。加药箱：加药箱中储存调节循环液PH值得药剂。
11．PH探测棒和自动加药系统：PH探测棒主要用于探测循环液中的PH值含量，当PH值呈酸性或者碱性时，自动加药系统会自动从加药桶中抽出药剂加入到循环液体层中，从而保证洗涤液的清洁效果。

8. exhaust pipe: connecting the exhaust pipe at the top of the washing tower, the exhaust pipe adopts high quality PP material, and has extremely high resistance to acid and alkali and corrosion resistance.
9. activated carbon adsorption tank: activated carbon adsorption box contains a lot of activated carbon powder can effectively absorb the residual harmful substances in the waste gas, so that the air to meet the national emission standards, discharge into the atmosphere, this is the last purification procedure of the scrubber.
10. detection port: there is a detection port at the end of the exhaust pipe to facilitate the detection of the quality of the air.
