水喷淋废气治理设备原理
JS-LB型湿式净化塔属填料塔类型，采用二段逆流喷淋。
废气与水溶液在塔内进行传质，污染物能溶于水。气体由风机吸入净化塔底部并向上流动，由喷咀喷出的水溶液向下喷淋，从净化塔第二级喷出的水溶液与上升的气体进行气液充分接触，吸收中和后的液体往下湿淋第二级滤料层，使从下往上升的气体得到气液接触再次吸收溶解，水溶液再向下湿淋第一级滤料层，再一次获得气液相接触吸收溶解的作用，从而加大了该滤料层的气液接触的时间，使气体通过滤料层后的废气中污染物浓度急剧下降，正因为污染物气体是自下往上升，通过第一级滤料层的污染物浓度最高，这样使高浓度的气体曲折的从滤料间隙通过向上升时，与向下流动的水溶液接触吸收溶解，气体通过该滤料层后浓度急剧下降再经过一排水溶液喷淋，气体与吸收液溶解后，浓度急剧下降，然后再经过一个滤料层和一排液喷淋的接触吸收溶解，使气体的浓度净化后达到设计规定要求。净化气体通过挡液板和气液网，去除掉气体中夹带的水份，经风管排入大气。

JS - LB wet purification tower belongs to the type of packed tower, using two counter-current spray.

Purge gas by gas liquid baffle plate and network, to remove the entrained water gas, the air duct into the atmosphere.
